I'm using Sysfilter for Illustrator, from http://www.ecm-e.de/
It is relatively expensive (over €200) so it can only be an option if you need it often.
There may be others though, I don't know.

I found the UI to be more intuitive and better localized than Sysfilter, but on the other hand some function a bit more limited.
I only tried the demo versions of each program, so I can't speak as a fully fledged use... See more
