I have been working with Akın for 12 years, on film festival (namely, Istanbul Film Festival, Adana Film Festival, Antalya Film Festival) projects, which required the understanding of dialogue translation, as well as how text is structured to be compatible with this process. Akın made sure he fully grasped the operational background and welcomed the linguistic challenges that came with it. He has been meticulous and thorough in researching terms and idioms, yet never fell behind the deadlines. Not only is he prompt, responsive and easy to work with, but also a motivated team player.
