Hi Florbela, For MedDRA terms, you go to https://spor.ema.europa.eu/rmswi/#/search (no account required) and search for a term in English. If you then click on the relevant term in the hit list, a window is opened where you find a drop-down menu with all available translations of that term (generally including Portuguese) behind "Term Name". If you want to search for terms in another language, you select the tab "Advanced search". For EDQM terms, you have to register at https://standardterms.edqm.eu, after which you can select Search > Search all concepts by name (or another option), and enter a term in the search field. You may choose the language of the term you want to search, or keep the default "ALL". Then click on the relevant term in the hit list, select the tab "Translations" and you will see all available translations. www.clinicaltrialsregister.eu is only available in English and can be used for background information about clinical trials, which may be useful to understand the setup of a trial. Portugal may also have a national register of clinical trials in Portuguese, I don't know whether this is the case but this should be easy to find. I hope this helps. Ti titia, Do you happen to know if anything has changed at the search site for MedDRA terms? I have been able to search on the site under your link in the past, but now all I get is a message informing me that "You don't have permission to perform this action".

[Edited at 2019-02-22 12:08 GMT] Hi Marjolein, The website works ok here. Could this be some warning / blockage from your virus scanner or other security system? Best regards, Titia | | | Small presentation of translation into Portuguese | Feb 22, 2019 |
