Hello.

Is it possible to add WordWeb 8.2 Dictionary to GoldenDict 1.5.0-RC2-372-gc3ff15f? If yes, how?

I doubt it -- the current versions of WordWeb use a locked, proprietary dictionary format (to prevent anyone from using it in any other utility, I suppose). If you feel hackish, you may be able to convert some of dictionary files from the older versions (which are plain text databases), but it won't be simple (oh, and it would the English from 1995).
