Explanation:
I've never seen this item on a menu in any but Russian (or Georgian) restaurants, and usually this is how it is presented to the English-speaking patrons (sometimes with a brief explanation - e.g. flattened Cornish hen, etc.)

agree  Deborah Hoffman: I would go with this one; fried and roasted chicken aren't going to have adzhika and garlic, and Georgian is often interpreted as the Peachtree State initially - by the non-congnoscenti of course :-) Chicken Tabaka sounds like a tasty exotic dish...

disagree  Larissa Boutrimova: Roast - запекать, причем исключительно в духовке, а цыпленок табака жарится на сковородке. Есть разница.
