Explanation:
The actual translation of the posted term is rather straightforward here, but I think that you will have to rearrange the wording along the lines that I have suggested in order for the English to sound entirely natural.

On a further note, I would argue that "more comprehensive information" accurately captures "um material ainda mais completo." In other words, I do not think you have to use "still more" or "even more" in the translation. In fact, I think doing so would produce rather stilted English.

Hi OS:

I would go with "data" rather than "guidance" instead of "information.

Here is my suggestion for the second part of the sentence:

atender a um pedido de empregadores e candidatos a emprego à procura de informações salariais mais detalhadas.
=
is to make sure that both employees and candidates for employment have the salary information that they have been asking for.

Notes to answerer
Asker: Thank you, Robert. I like the proposed translation. I think I can get rid of "even more" without loss of meaning. Although I agree that "more comprehensive information" captures the original meaning, I want to avoid the word "information", since it already appears at the end. What do you think of "more comprehensive guidance" instead? Something like this: In addition to providing more comprehensive guidance, the reason for this change is to meet a request from employers and job seekers for more detailed salary information.

Asker: I meant: I want to avoid repeating the word "information".

Asker: Thank you, Robert. As I looked further into this, it seems that "purpose" (propósito, objetivo) is more accurate than "reason" (motivo, razão). One could argue that the reason for the change was the lack of information, and the purpose was to fill the gap. I'll probably end up picking the structure you suggested, but going with the competing answer for the sake of accuracy. Thank you, anyway.
