We refer to U1's PCPA suppression also as telescripting, as it is necessary for allowing transcription to go farther. (...) Full-length transcription in the majority of human genes depends on U1 snRNP (U1) to co-transcriptionally suppress transcription-terminating premature 3′ end cleavage and polyadenylation (PCPA) from cryptic polyadenylation signals (PASs) in introns. However, the mechanism of this U1 activity, termed telescripting, is unknown https://www.gene-tools.com/content/complex-u1-snrnp-cleavage... transcripción por largas distancias Explanation: o telescripting (por referirse a una actividad específica) más si se quiere traducir, se refiere a transcripciones que terminan a una larga distancia del sitio de inicio de la transcripción (TSS) Partial genome tiling arrays previously showed that U1 protection is necessary to prevent drastic premature termination of the majority of nascent pol II transcripts by PCPA from cryptic PASs scattered throughout introns (Kaida et al., 2010). We refer to this activity as telescripting, as it is necessary for nascent transcripts to extend over large distances. https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC3412174/ (nota, tener en cuenta que la regulación (de la transcripción) a larga distancia sonaria parecido pero en principio es una actividad más general, esto es para elegir una forma de traducir el termino) |
