"The rates are applicable to the work carried out during the normal working hour, that is five working days a week, and sixteen hours a day. Any works done outside these hours or on Saturdays and Sundays, National Holidays and yard's holidays shall be charged with extra for overtime, ship on voyage repair will be priced extra.
3. All prices quoted herein are for ship repairs carried out in the premises of the shipyard, extra price should be added for such repairs carried out at the port berths, buoys, anchorages according to the actual work to be done. "
