Jednakże od jakiegoś czasu mówi się nie o postawieniu, lecz o WYZWOLENIU głosu. Postawienie zazwyczaj kojarzy się z napięciem, natomiast to, do czego powinni dążyć pedagodzy, trenerzy czy instruktorzy, to raczej uwolnienie głosu (niezależnie od tego, czy głos jest niewielki i wówczas pracuje się - oprócz powiększania go - głównie nad jego nośnością, czy też głos jest duży, ale „schowany”, lub z manierami i nieprawidłowościami wynikającymi z samoistnych nawyków, bądź złego wcześniejszego prowadzenia).

Jakieś sugestie jak to przetłumaczyć?

I think this should be Ok. You cannot translate it as small voice,or anything like that.
