UPON making a re-referral of the trial record to the judge, mark the file: CASE CLOSED Explanation: conclusão (vs. confusão/ merger of cases?) : hand-over or referral of a trial record to a judge for such to be issued in a direction or judgement > Novo (!) Dicionario Aurelio, Rio de J. or merger of different applications.... I'm unsure whether conlusão is indeed a typo and, if so, which way it is supposed to go, but guess conclusão is a safer bet.
