(1) Improvements to the term search

Improvements have been made to the term search. The feature is now faster, easier to use, and provides better term results. It is also now possible to perform basic searches in several new languages, including Chinese, Japanese, Hebrew, Korean and Arabic.

(2) Celebrate International Translation Day with a series of free virtual events at

The date is fast approaching. If you haven't already, mark your calendar and celebrate International Translation Day with colleagues from around the world at the annual virtual event series, from September 24th through the 28th.

Each day will have a different focus, with great opportunities for both the beginner and the well-established language professional. Learn, network, have the chance to meet new clients, get discounts on software, participate in prize drawings, and more at these free virtual events.

Register now and be sure to complete the "My data" section to get more out of the networking opportunities these events offer. Remember that taking a few moments to plan out what you want to get out of a conference can lead to a richer experience.

(3) Localization spotlight: the Indonesian team

Each month, the newsletter will feature an article highlighting one of the localization teams and the work they are doing to bring the site to their native languages.

This month's spotlight is on the Indonesian localization team:

Muhammad Ramdhan Adhi, one of the team leaders, had this to say about the team's work:

"It's an honor to give something back to, the site that provides major contributions to my improved knowledge and know-how in the translation business. It's also a pleasure to work with the Indonesian localization team members, a group of professionals who have shown such a great enthusiasm and commitment to complete the project on time. I can't thank them enough for their hard work."

If you are a member and you would like to join a localization team in your native language, contact site staff to volunteer.

============================================================ members are the reason such tools as the term search exist, and it is thanks to them that improvements are possible, making it a more useful feature for everyone.

Thanks for reading. Be sure to stop by the virtual events happening all next week!
