I was born and raised in Gothenburg, Sweden and my native tongue is Swedish. Due to growing up in a bi-cultural home, I also learned Hungarian from a very young age. I studied both English and French for a number of years in school and excelled in language studies. I have been living in France permanently since 2007, working as a self-employed consultant and translator focusing on the wine industry. FR-SW, ENG-SWE and FR-ENG.

I am an experienced Swedish-English and French-English translator, and also provide proofreading and editing services in English. I have become something of a specialist in editing English academic texts (primarily in the social sciences) written by non-native English speakers! However, my primary translation areas are archaeology and museums, together with major infrastructure projects (tunnels, bridges, railways etc.)
