Bio
I am a freelance translator working from my home office in Sao Paulo, Brazil. I was born in Argentina, where I received my translator's degree, and I have worked as a translator for 5 years now, mainly in the area of communications, computer software, web localisation and marketing. As a language teacher myself, I also specialise in the areas of education and linguistics. I am a native speaker of Argentinean Spanish and fluent in written and spoken English, Portuguese and German.
I love languages and I am especially interested in the way we can bridge cultural gaps and meet new people through the ability to communicate with them. That is the reason I have pursued a career in translation, which allows me to be in contact with languages and cultures and to pass on that experience to others. Passion and responsibility are the key words to my translation practice.
