15% Carbamide Peroxide Whitening Film

Description
Sheer White!® whitening films are the most comfortable, patient friendly whitening system available today. These films are designed to adhere to teeth for 1 to 2 hours to take advantage of the proprietary carbamide peroxide composition.
PLEASE NOTE: removal before 30 minutes can be done, but is more difficult, may tear and come off in pieces.
Counter Indications
• Do not smoke during whitening treatment.
• Avoid contact with eyes. If contact occurs flush with copious amounts of water.
• Avoid direct contact of the active surface of the film with the gums and/or salivary flow.
• Not for use by women who are pregnant or nursing.
• Not for use by persons under 18 years of age.
• Avoid contact with clothing.
• Do not swallow the film.
• If irritation (such as redness, swelling, soreness) of the gums or mouth occurs, discontinue use and consult a dentist.
• If you brux or grind your teeth, do not wear overnight.
• Do not use if allergic to peroxides like hydrogen peroxide.
• Do not use for more than 5 days per regimen.
• Whitening will not affect porcelain crowns and veneers, tooth colored acrylic restorations or amalgam.
Storage & Handling
• Keep the product refrigerated to maintain maximum shelf life.
• Do not store above 5°C. Do not freeze. Best use before date on label.
• Do not use if the packaging has been damaged, or if the seals are found to be broken or open.
• 15% initial concentration of carbamide peroxide. The concentration may change due to the nature of peroxide and this unique formulation.
Shelf Life: 36 months
Attention - Refer to the instructions for use and complete information.
Oxidizer - Avoid contact with reactive substances.
Storage Temperature - Store product at the indicated temperature.
1. The whitening side of the film faces UP. Grasp film at end and remove as shown.
2. Center film and place against teeth at gum line.
3. Pull cheek away and push film onto back teeth.
4. Fold film to back side of teeth. Press firmly on all surfaces.
5. Wear 1-2 hours
6. To remove, grasp one corner and pull down away from front of teeth, then push film away from back of teeth.
7. Brush or rinse away any remaining gel. Rinse to sink.

أشرطة التبييض Sheer White!® هي نظام تبييض الأسنان الصديق للمرضى والأكثر إراحة المتوفر حاليا. لقد صُمِّمت هذه الأشرطة لتلتصق بالأسنان مدة ساعة 1 أو ساعتين 2 من أجل الاستفادة من خاصية تركيبة بيروكسيد الكارباميد.
ملاحظة: يمكن إزالة الشريط قبل 30 دقيقة، إلا أنه قد يكون مؤلما قليلا؛ حيث يمكن أن يسيل الدموع أو قد تتم إزالته على شكل قِطع.
تعليمات مضادة
• لا يجب التدخين أثناء علاج التبييض.
• تجنب ملامسة العينين. إذا كان هناك اتصال، يرجى الدَّفق باستعمال كميات مياه وفيرة.

• لا يجب الاستعمال أكثر من 5 أيام لكل حمية.
• التبييض لا يؤثر على تيجان البورسولين الصناعية للأضراس والأغشية، الأسنان المُلَوّنة بترميمات الأنسجة الصناعية أو المعدن المخلوط بالزئبق.
التخزين والاستعمال
• حافظوا على المُنتَج مُبَرَّدا من أجل مدة صلاحية أقصى.
• لا يجب تخزينه في درجة حرارة أعلى من 5° درجات. لا يجب تجميده. أحسن استعمال هو قبل تاريخ الانتهاء المحدَّد على الملصق.
• لا يجب الاستعمال إذا تعرض التغليف للتلف، أو إذا ثبت أن شريط الضمان قد تعرض للتلف، التمزيق أو الفتح.
• 15% تركيز أولي لمادة بيروكسيد الكارباميد. قد يتغير التركيز بسبب طبيعة البيروكسيد وكذا هذه الصيغة الفريدة.
درجة حرارة التخزين: يرجى تخزين المُنتَج في درجة الحرارة المشار إليها.
1. يتم توجيه جهة التبييض للشريط إلى الأعلى. اقبضوا على نهاية الشريط ثم أزيلوا كما هو مُوضّح.
2. قوموا بوضع الشريط في المنتصف فوق الأسنان مقابل خط اللثة.
3. اسحبوا الخدّ بعيدا ثم ادفعوا بالشريط إلى خلف الأسنان.
4. قوموا بِثَني الفيلم إلى الجانب الخلفي للأسنان. اضغطوا بقوة على كافة الواجهات.
5.قوموا بلبسه مدة 1 إلى 2 ساعة.
6. لإزالته، اقبضوا على جانب واحد ثم قوموا بالسحب إلى الأسفل بعيدا من مقدّم الأسنان، ثم بعد ذلك ادفعوا الشريط بعيدا عن مؤخّر الأسنان.
7. نظفوا بالفرشاة أو اشطفوا أيّ هُلام متبقٍ. قوموا بالتشطيف في المغسلة.
