We are both English, but have lived in Italy for a long time and we are both mother-tongue in English and Italian and at ease with the main European idioms. Our education, both in England and Italy, is at university level and we have worked as professional translators for more than thirty years on a wide range of subjects (medical, pharmaceutical and technical in general) but our family has translated to/from the principal European languages since the 60’s creating, therefore, a solid background and tradition in language studies and know-how. Experience? Let’s just say that when we started, we worked on a mechanical typewriter and all the documents had to be delivered personally or by post as there were no fax, emails or even couriers, at least locally. We will supply the names of our clients both in Italy and abroad if required. We live near Sanremo , therefore all possible work will be carried out via e-mail and of course we are at ease with all the main and most common writing software.
