The main objective of medical care in rescue operations in the event of a disabled submarine on the seаbed is to protect the health and safety of all surviving crew members following incident by means of their evacuation to the surface, administering medical treatment to casualties in the shortest time and in the largest quantity possible, and providing rehabilitation. This is achieved by availability of assistance required and resources of medical services in the RFN, by large-scale assurance of their preparedness and effective management during implementation, and also by the course of medical treatments and rehabilitation.
Medical services connected with submarine rescue vessels of the RFN consist of doctors trained in underwater and diving medicine and, normally, surgery. Ships are stocked with essential medical supplies and recompression chambers to allow for the rescue and the evacuation of the submariners from the disabled submarine.

Чем больше масса воды, тем больший объем рыхлого материала она может перенести, тем большую геологическую работу она производит. Поверхностные воды являются сильнейшим геологическим фактором, существенно преобразующим лик Земли. Геологическая работа складывается из смыва, размыва, переноса продуктов разрушения горных пород и отложения (аккумуляции) этих продуктов. По характеру и результатам деятельности поверхностных вод можно выделить три их вида: плоскостной безрусловый склоновый сток; сток временных потоков; сток постоянных водотоков.
Во время выпадения дождей и таяния снега вода стекает по наклонным поверхностям и по склонам возвышенностей, холмов и гор или в виде сплошной пелены или густой сети отдельных струек. Живая сила таких струек весьма невелика, и вода захватывает только мелкоземистый материал, подготовленный выветриванием, и перемещает его вниз по склону. Происходит склоновый плоскостной смыв. All water that reaches the ground level and moves across it is known as flowing surface water. This includes any kind of overland flow caused by rainfall and snowmelt as well as watercourses of all sizes, from brooks and streams to the world’s largest rivers. The movement of surface water carries out an important geological function; the larger the volume of water, the larger the amount of loose material it carries, the more important this function is. Surface water is a powerful geological factor causing significant changes in the appearance of the Earth. Erosion, scour, transportation and deposition (accumulation) of rock debris are all part of surface water activity. Depending on the nature and the results of this activity, three types of surface water can be distinguished: overland sheet flow, ephemeral stream flow and the flow of perennial watercourses.
During rainfall and snowmelt, water runs downwards on sloping surfaces – on the slopes of highlands, hills and mountains – in the form of a sheet or a dense network of rills. The kinetic energy of these rills is quite low, so the flow is only strong enough to pick up fine-grained products of rock weathering and carry it downslope. This process is known as overland sheet erosion. Some of the loose material carried by the runoff is deposited on the lower part or at the base of the slope, i.e. where the force of the flow is weaker. This process is called deluvial deposition (from the Latin deluo – to wash away), and the result of it is deluvium.

Лецитин. Фосфолипид, обычно выделяемый из яичного желтка. На основе лецитина изготавливают липосомы и ламеллярные эмульсии. Blackcurrant Seed Oil, Evening-Primrose Oil and Borage Oil. All these oils are rich in essential fatty acids omega-6 and omega-3. They accelerate skin revival and reduce skin irritation. These oils are used in reviving dry, flaky, irritated skin and for therapeutic treatment of skin conditions.
Wheat Germ Oil. Rich in vitamin E, it has regenerating, moisturising and softening effects on skin. It is particularly recommended for mature or dull-looking skin.

Varlamov A.A. committed theft, that is, the secret stealing of another’s property, by a group of persons by prior collusion, with illegal penetration into a dwelling, under the following circumstances:
On dd/mm/yyyy during the hours of 12.10am and 2.00am, Person 5, located at xxx, suggested to Person 1 and Varlamov, Aleksandr Aleksandrovich, committing theft of the gearbox of vehicle xxx of registration number xxx, belonging to the Oymyakon District Division of the Federal Treasury Department for the Sakha Republic (Yakutiya) (Otdelenie po Oymyakonskomu rayonu Upravleniya Federalnogo kaznacheystva po RS (Ya)) (hereinafter: the Division), located in a garage at xxx, to which they agreed.
