December 25 has different meanings for different people. Gatherings of friends and family, Christmas carols, for some the stress of finding the right size tree for a New York apartment. Some Japanese readers, on the other hand, may not have grown up with these Yuletide traditions. In fact, some may be surprised to learn that the first Christmas in Japan was celebrated more than 200 years before the United States became an independent nation.
On Christmas Eve, 1552, Portuguese Jesuit missionaries gathered newly converted Japanese faithful in the present-day city of Yamaguchi for an evening of scripture reading and hymns. After receiving the curious yet eager Japanese believers in the aban doned Daido Temple, one of Japan's first Nanban-Dera (Southern Barbarian Temples), the dusk to dawn celebration also included shared meals, handing out food to the poor and exchanged greet ings of "Natala," an old Portuguese word for Christmas. Remembering Japan's first recorded Christmas in a letter home to Portugal, priest Pedro de Alcacova rote, "In a land where we were often called devils and other such things, we gave thanks to the Lord for meeting so many good Christians."

（一）、工作分配、提升及考核
公司员工的工作分配，包括各部门经理工作调配均由厂长决定，厂长有权合理重新分配所有员工的工作，或将某一部门的员工调往另一部门以便更好地发挥个人的潜力和积极性。员工病、事假期超过三个月者，公司不再保留其岗位及职位，只保留其工职，只有待其重新上班时，根据公司职位情况另行安排。
公司将根据员工的工作能力、劳动纪律、技术水平、服务态度和贡献大小等情况，每年进行年终考核，考核结果为决定员工的薪金和花红的主要依据。
员工的调动、调升(升职)、加薪均由相关部门申请，厂长批准，行政部跟办并进行相应备案。(管理部来实施)
（二）、工作日、工作周、(以班次进行工作基本要求)
公司实行每周工作5天，每天工作8小时的工时制。生产等作业
部门职员周末临时上班督导工作的，不再计加班及调休。

员工8小时工作以外的加班，按劳动法支付加班费，平时按其基本工资的1.5倍计发，休息日按2倍计发，国家法定假日按3倍计发。不需要加班工资者可以申请同等时间的补休。
加班最小计算单位为30分钟，超过30分钟不足1小时的按30分钟计。
（四）、工卡与考勤
员工上、下班都必须自觉打卡记时，行政部将根据记时卡,审核统计员工的出勤，财务部依此计发工资。考勤时，如发现未打卡，既无任何假条也没有所在部门经理签卡的，按旷工论处。
员工必须如实亲自打卡，不准代打卡、打假卡及擅自涂改卡，更不可藏匿或撕毁他人工卡，违者将严惩不怠。
员工的8小时工作时间应视为真正有效工作时间，工作前后的更换衣服及个人卫生时间不包括在8小时工作时间内。

また逆にイーグルズは、公式戦後半にスターターＱＢウエンツを負傷で失い、
元スターターで、そのウエンツにポジションを奪われ、バックアップに甘んじていたフォリーでプレイオフを勝ち抜いて来たが、そのフォーリーがＭＶＰを勝ち取った。
私に関しては、ついにスーパーボウル撮影50ゲームを達成した。（52回中、４＆５脱）。加齢85才に達し、体重5２キロ、器具総重量40キロ余である。ヒコーキの棚に器具を持ち上げられなかった。
こうなって来たらやめ時かと感じた。写真の結果をみると、まだやれそうに思った。腕一本、勝負の世界だ、命の残る限り、実力を失って追われる日までやるぞと自分に誓ったりした。
ゲーム当日には、正味28・５キロの器具を下げてフィールドに４時間いた。
昔からいう「火事場のばか力」というものだろうか。
昨年のペートリッツが史上初の延長戦に持ち込んで果たした逆転劇に比較してつまらなかったと見る人も多かったようだが、私は両ティームが高得点をあげて一般向けにはおもしろかっただろうと思う。
ＮＦＬ構成の32ティームの１位と２位である。敗者は恥じることはない。ともかくも、昨年一年のフットボールシーズンに結着がついたことになる。
