Source text - Ukrainian Першу медичну допомогу (найпростіші медичні заходи) надають безпосередньо на місці поранення (ураження) або в найближчому укритті самі військовослужбовці в порядку само- і взаємодопомоги.
Або ж стрільці-санітари, санітари, водії-санітари, бойові медики та старші бойові медики.
Далі поранених військовиків для надання долікарської (фельдшерської) й першої лікарської допомоги направляють до медичних рот (пунктів), стабілізаційних пунктів, лікарсько-сестринських бригад цивільних лікувальних закладів.
На цьому етапі медевакуацію виконують наземним транспортом.
Наступним є військово-мобільний госпіталь (далі — ВМГ), де пораненим надають кваліфіковану медичну допомогу задля усунення тяжких, загрозливих для життя наслідків та ускладнень поранень, підготовки поранених (уражених, хворих) до подальшої евакуації і створення сприятливих умов подальшого лікування.
Медичну евакуацію поранених до ВМГ виконують наземним і повітряним транспортом.
Поранених, які потребують спеціалізованої меддопомоги (надають лікарі-спеціалісти), направляють до Військово-медичних клінічних центрів (далі ‒ ВМКЦ) регіонів, військових госпіталів, спеціалізованих закладів охорони здоров’я.
Залежно від стану здоров’я поранених, їх транспортують наземним, залізничним чи повітряним транспортом.
У разі потреби надання пораненому високоспеціалізованої меддопомоги медична евакуація виконується безпосередньо до Національного військово-медичного клінічного центру «ГВКГ» (м. Київ) усіма видами транспорту.
Кожна установа охорони здоров’я в системі Міністерства оборони України має свій профіль:
ампутація кінцівок ‒ Національний військово-медичний клінічний центр «ГВКГ» (м. Київ) та ВМКЦ професійної патології особового складу (м. Ірпінь);
нейрохірургічний напрямок — ВМКЦ Західного регіону (м. Львів);
травмування органів зору — ВМКЦ Південного регіону (м. Одеса);
термічні поранення — Національний військово-медичний клінічний центр «ГВКГ» (м. Київ).
Завдяки злагодженій роботі й чіткому дотриманню принципів медичного сортування абсолютна більшість воїнів повертається до строю.
Translation - English First aid (basic procedures) is provided directly at the point of wounding (injury), or in the nearest cover, in the form of self and buddy aid from military personnel themselves.
Alternatively, it can be administered by combat lifesavers, corpsmen, drivers/medical aidmen, combat medics and senior combat medics.
Next, wounded soldiers are taken to medical companies (aid stations), stabilization points and teams of doctors and nurses from civilian health facilities for pre-medical (paramedical) and first medical care.
At this level, MEDEVAC is conducted by ground-based transport.
Next is a mobile field hospital (MFH), where casualties receive qualified medical care aimed at mitigating severe, life-threatening consequences and complications of their injuries. It also involves preparing casualties (injured or ill) for subsequent evacuation and establishing conducive conditions for further care.
Medical evacuation of casualties to MFHs is done by ground and air transport.
Casualties requiring specialized medical care (by a specialty care provider) are referred to regional Military Medical Clinical Centers (MMCCs), military hospitals and specialty health-care facilities.
Depending on their health status, casualties are transported by ground, rail or air.
If a casualty requires highly specialized medical care, they are medevaced directly to the National Military Hospital in Kyiv by any mode of transport.
Each healthcare facility within the system of Ukraine's Defense Ministry has its specialty:
Amputations — the National Military Hospital in Kyiv and the Military Medical Clinical Center for Occupational Pathology in Irpin;
Neurosurgery — the Military Medical Clinical Center of the Western Region in Lviv;
Ocular Traumas — the Military Medical Clinical Center of the Northern Region in Odesa;
Thermal Injuries — the National Military Hospital in Kyiv.
These concerted efforts and the adherence to triage principles enable the absolute majority of men-at-arms to return to active duty.

З анамнезу відомо, що постраждалий близько 11-ти годин тому отримав поранення під час спрацювання мінно-вибухового пристрою типу "розтяжка" при виконанні завдань антитерористичної операції (АТО).
дд.мм.рррр року оглянутий лікарем-хірургом Артемівської ЦРЛ, виконане ПХО ран, видалення стороннього тіла м'яких тканин (металевого осколку) передньої черевної стінки живота, оглядова рентгенографія грудної та черевної порожнини, рентгенографія лівої верхній та лівої нижній кінцівки у двох проекціях.
На рентгенографічних знімках грудної та черевної порожнини у лівій мезогастральній ділянці виявлено стороннє тіло розміром 0,8×0,5 см, металевої щільності, орієнтовна глибина його розташування 5 см, іншої патології не виявлено.
На рентгенографічних знімках лівої верхньої та лівої нижньої кінцівок виявляються множинні сторонні тіла до від 0,3 до 0,6 см у діаметрі, металевої щільності.
Кісно-травматичних змін не виявлено.
Діагноз при надходженні:
вогнепальні осколкові множинні поєднані сліпі поранення м'яких тканин передньої черевної стінки живота, лівої верхньої кінцівки, лівої нижньої кінцівки від дд.мм.рррр року.
Стан після ПХО рани м'яких тканин передньої черевної стінки живота, видалення стороннього тіла (металевого осколку) від дд.мм.рррр року.
Поранений госпіталізований у хірургічне відділення клініки торакоабдомінальної хірургії ВМКЦ ПнР.
При огляді загальний стан задовільний.
Шкіряний покрив та видимі слизові оболонки блідно-рожеві.

On dd/mm/yyyy, examined by an operating surgeon at the Artemivsk Central District Hospital. Primary debridement of the wounds, a foreign object (metal fragment) removed from soft tissues of the anterior wall of the abdomen. Plan X-ray of the thoracic and abdominal cavities, dual-view X-ray of the left upper and left lower extremities.
The X-ray images of the thoracic and abdominal cavities revealed a 0.8×0.5 cm foreign object of metallic density, seated approximately 5 cm deep in the left mesogastric area. No other pathology found.
Radiography of the left upper and left lower extremities revealed multiple foreign objects of metallic density, ranging between 0.3 and 0.6 cm in diameter.
No osteo-traumatic changes found.
ADMISSION DIAGNOSIS:
Multiple concomitant comminuted gunshot blunt wounds of the soft tissues of the anterior wall of the abdomen, left upper extremity and left lower extremity received on dd/mm/yyyy.
S/p primary debridement of the soft tissues of the anterior wall of the abdomen, foreign object (metal fragment) extraction on dd/mm/yyyy.
Patient hospitalized into the surgical department of the Clinic of Thoracoabdominal Surgery with the Northern Region Military Medical Clinical Center.

Source text - Russian В масштабное многоцентровое проспективное наблюдательное исследование включили 18 946 пациентов в возрасте от 18 до 93 лет с установленным диагнозом грипп или ОРВИ, проходивших лечение амбулаторно в 262 центрах России, Армении, Молдовы и Грузии.
Согласно дизайну исследования, осуществлялось 3 визита, на каждом из которых проводился подробный медицинский осмотр с определением тяжести отдельных симптомов и заболевания в целом.
Проведена динамическая оценка назначаемой в клинической практике лекарственной, в том числе противовирусной, терапии ОРВИ и гриппа, а также наличия осложнений, обусловливающих необходимость назначения системных антибиотиков.
Впервые в амбулаторной практике на большой популяции взрослых пациентов получены и проанализированы объективные данные о сроках обращения за медицинской помощью пациентов с гриппом и ОРВИ в зависимости от возраста и степени тяжести заболевания, динамики клинической картины, исхода заболевания, сроков выздоровления, а также проводимой лекарственной терапии ОРВИ и гриппа, позволившие выявить закономерности развития и течения указанных заболеваний.
Translation - English A large multi-center, prospective, observational study enrolled 18,946 patients aged between 18 and 93 years old with an established diagnoses of influenza or viral respiratory tract infections and undergoing outpatient treatment across 262 centers in Russia, Armenia, Moldova and Georgia.
Following the study design, three visits were conducted, each with a thorough medical examination to assess the severity of individual symptoms and the overall illness.
A sequential assessment was undertaken of the use of drugs, including antivirals, prescribed in clinical practice for viral respiratory tract infections and influenza. Additionally assessed was the occurrence of any complications necessitating systemic antibiotic administration.
For the first time in outpatient settings, objective data on the timing of patients seeking medical assistance for influenza and viral respiratory tract infections were collected from a substantial adult population. The analysis considered age, illness severity, clinical progression, outcome, recovery time, and administered drug therapies. This approach revealed patterns in the development and course of these illnesses.

REAGENTS.
TEST SOLUTIONS
(1) Amoebocyte lysate
Amoebocyte lysate is a lyophilised product obtained from amoebocyte lysate from the horseshoe crab (Limulus polyphemus or Tachypleus tridentatus). This reagent refers only to a product manufactured in accordance with the regulations of the competent authority.
NOTE:
Amoebocyte lysate reacts with some β-glucans in addition to endotoxins. Amoebocyte lysate preparations which do not react with glucans are available; they are prepared by removing from amoebocyte lysate the G factor, which reacts with glucans. or by inhibiting the G factor reacting system of amoebocyte lysate.
These preparations may be used for endotoxin testing in the presence of glucans.
(2) Lysate solution
Dissolve amoebocyte lysate in water for BET or in a buffer. As recommended by the lysate manufacturer. by gentle stirring.
Store the reconstituted lysate, refrigerated or frozen, as indicated by the manufacturer.
(3) Water for BET (water for bacterial endotoxins test)
Water for injections R or water produced by other procedures that shows no reaction with the lysate employed at the detection limit of the reagent. The standard endotoxin stock solution is prepared from an endotoxin reference standard that has been calibrated against the International Standard. for example endotoxin standard BRP. Endotoxin is expressed in International Units (IU). The equivalence in IU of the International Standard is stated by the World Health Organization.
NOTE:
One International Unit (IU) of endotoxin is equal to one Endotoxin Unit (E. U.).

Лизат амебоцитов — лиофилизированный продукт, полученный из амебоцитного лизата мечехвоста (Limulus polyphemus или Tachypleus tridentatus). Этот реагент может производиться только в соответствии с предписаниями компетентных органов.
ПРИМЕЧАНИЕ.
Лизат амебоцитов, кроме эндотоксинов, может реагировать и с некоторыми β-глюканами. Имеются препараты лизата амебоцитов, не реагирующие с глюканами; они изготавливаются путем удаления из лизата амебоцитов G-фактора, реагирующего с глюканами, или ингибированием реакционной системы G-фактора в лизате амебоцитов.
Эти препараты могут использоваться для определения эндотоксинов в присутствии глюканов.
(2) Раствор лизата.
Лизат амебоцитов растворяют путем осторожного перемешивания в воде для ИБЭ или в буфере, в соответствии с рекомендациями производителя лизата. Восстановленный лизат хранят в охлажденном или замороженном состоянии, в соответствии с указаниями производителя.
(3) Вода для ИБЭ (вода для испытания на бактериальные эндотоксины) — вода для инъекций R или вода, подготовленная с использованием других методов, не дающая реакции с лизатом на пределе чувствительности реагента. Стандартный маточный раствор эндотоксина готовится из эталонного стандарта эндотоксина, откалиброванного относительно Международного стандарта, например, стандарта эндотоксина BRP. Содержание эндотоксина выражено в международных единицах (МЕ). Эквивалентность Международного стандарта в МЕ утверждена Всемирной организацией здравоохранения.
ПРИМЕЧАНИЕ.
Одна международная единица (ME) эндотоксина соответствует одной единице эндотоксина (ЕЭ).
При приготовлении и хранении стандартного маточного раствора эндотоксина соблюдайте технические требования, указанные в листке-вкладыше и на этикетке.

Source text - English Tularemia, also known as rabbit fever, is an infectious disease caused by the bacterium Francisella tularensis. Symptoms may include fever, skin ulcers, and enlarged lymph nodes. Occasionally, a form that results in pneumonia or a throat infection may occur.
The bacterium is typically spread by ticks, deer flies, or contact with infected animals. It may also be spread by drinking contaminated water or breathing in contaminated dust. It does not spread directly between people.
Diagnosis is by blood tests or cultures of the infected site. Prevention is by using insect repellent, wearing long pants, rapidly removing ticks, and not disturbing dead animals.
Treatment is typically with the antibiotic streptomycin. Gentamicin, doxycycline, or ciprofloxacin may also be used.
Between the 1970s and 2015, around 200 cases are reported in the United States a year. Males are affected more often than females. It occurs frequently most in the young and the middle aged. In the United States, most cases occur in the summer.
The disease is named after Tulare County, California, where the disease was discovered in 1911. A number of other animals, such as rabbits, may also be infected.

Серед них Білорусь, Іран, Куба, М’янма, Північна Корея та Узбекистан.
Як повідомлялося, 27 квітня Freedom House опублікувала звіт про стан демократії і дотримання прав людини в Україні, в якому зазначила, що за перший рік президентства Віктора Януковича Україна стала менш демократичною і продовжує рухатися до авторитаризму.
