Source text - English Should either party to this Agreement wish for any reason to make any change to the Water Ride(s) and/or Services, or should site conditions or technical advances necessitate a change to the Water Ride(s) and/or Services, then the party requesting such change shall notify the other party promptly in writing of their request for such change (“Change Order(s)”), and both parties shall work together in accommodating the requested change.
