For eight years now I am working as a freelance translator, most of all translating from Spanish and English into Dutch. I have been working for the Spanish and Dutch Ministries of Justice, translated books for the Spanish Ministry of Tourism, manuals for industrial machinery from English (e.g. a temperature control unit, DVD’s), a website, statutes of English owner communities, English documents for local residents etc. I also worked with the consulates of Belgium and Holland of Santa Cruz de Tenerife.

Studies:

Diploma logistics-manager at University of Eindhoven with which I have been working in international hotels and tourist resorts.
In 1998 I passed the official exam of the Dutch government and became an official translator-interpreter Spanish-Dutch-Spanish. I'm waiting to be sworn in as a translator under oath. For translations into languages other than my mother tongue I always work with native translators.
