Ce glossaire n'est pas un dictionnaire médical.

Il ne vise qu'à fournir, pour quelques mots techniques utilisés dans le champ des déficiences motrices surtout, un repère essentiel ou une définition qu'il n'est pas toujours possible de rappeler dans chaque page du site où ces mots sont utilisés. Certaines définitions sont donc " orientées " vers un usage précis des mots définis.

Exemples :

Dérotation (chirurgicale) : opération consistant à corriger des attitudes anormales en rotation d'un membre ou de la colonne vertébrale.
