Source text - Serbian Isporučeno rešenje bi trebalo da obuhvati sve potrebne licence za rešenje koje je predmet isporuke kao i sve sistemske softvere koji su neophodni rešenju da bi produkciono funkcionisalo. Sve licence za rešenje koje je predmet isporuke kao i svi sistemski softveri koji su neophodni rešenju da bi produkciono funkcionisalo moraju biti isporučeni i sa podrškom po principu up-to-date u trajanju od 12 meseci što podrazumeva da moraju biti isporučene trajne licence, kao i podrška koja podrazumeva prelazak na nove verzije u periodu od 12 meseci od dana primopredaje rešenja.
Potrebno je obezbediti dostavljanje izvornog koda svih komponenti realizovanog rešenja, i na taj način omogućiti stručnim licima iz RFZO realizaciju određenih promena u okviru sistema i/ili generisanje ad hoc izveštaja
Ponuđač je dužan da opiše backup proceduru sistema koja će se sprovoditi nakon implementacije, a u cilju oporavka funkcionalnosti sistema u slučaju prestanka rada sistema. U slučaju prestanka rada sistema Ponuđač je u obavezi da izvrši oporavak sistema u roku od maksimalno 48 sati
Translation - English Delivered solution should encompass all necessary licenses for the solution subject of delivery and all system software solutions necessary for productive functioning of the solution. All licenses for the solution subject of delivery as well as all system software solutions necessary for productive functioning of the solution must be delivered with up-to-date support during 12 months which means that durable licenses must be delivered, as well as support which means transition to new versions during the period of 12 months from the day handover.
It is necessary to provide source code of all components of realized solution, and all components of realized solution, and thus enable expert personel from Health insurance fund to execute certain changes within the system and/or generating ad-hoc report.
The bidder shall have to describe backup procedure of the shall be performed after implementation, aiming for restoration of system functionality in case the system stops working. In such case, the Bidder shall perform restoration of the system witin max. 48 hours.

Source text - Serbian 9.1 Zaposleni ima pravo na odmor, plaćeno i neplaćeno odsustvo, kao i na ostala primanja po osnovu radnog odnosa u skladu sa pozitivnim zakonskim propisima i Pravilnikom o radu.
9.2 Zaposleni ima pravo na odmor u toku rada, dnevni, nedeljni, i godišnji odmor
9.3 Zaposleni ima pravo na odmor u toku dnevnog rada u trajanju od 25 minuta, s tim što se ovaj odmor ne može koristiti na početku i na kraju radnog vremena.
9.4 Dnevni odmor traje 12 časova, a nedeljni 24h.
9.5 U slučaju privremene sprečenosti za rad (bolovanje), zaposleni je dužan da odmah obavesti poslodavca o tome, a da u toku od tri dana dostavi potvrdu lekara koja sadrži i očekivano vreme sprečenosti za rad.
9.6 Trajanje godišnjeg odmora, uslovi, vreme i način korišćenja, detaljnije su utvrđeni Zakonom o radu i Pravilnikom o radu privrednog društva.
Translation - French 9.1 L’Employé a le droit à des congés payés, absences payés et sans solde, ainsi qu’à d’autres rémunérations, découlant de la relation d’emploi conformément à la réglementation légale en vigueur et au Règlement intérieur.
9.2 L'Employé a le droit de se reposer pendant le travail, les congés journaliers, hebdomadaires et annuels.
9.3 L'Employé a le droit de se reposer pendant le travail quotidien de 25 minutes, sauf que ce repos ne peut pas être utilisé au début et à la fin des heures de travail.
9.4 Le repos quotidien dure 12 heures et le dimanche 24 heures.
9.5 En cas d’empêchement de travail temporaire (congé maladie), l’Employé a est tenu d'en avertir immédiatement l'Employeur et, dans un délai de trois jours, de présenter un certificat du médecin indiquant le temps d'absence prévu pour le travail.
9.6 La durée du congé, les conditions, l'heure et le mode d'utilisation sont spécifiés plus en détail dans le Code du travail et Règlement intérieur de la société.

Source text - English The Collaterals shall have the maximum coverage of Euro 3,500,000.00 each and shall serve as security for the settlement and collection of any and all claims of the Lender towards the Borrower, the Mortgage Debtor and/or Guarantor arising out from and/in connection with the Loan Agreement, the Memorandum of Understanding and/or other document referenced in and/or executed in connection with the Loan Agreement, including but not limited to (i) the repayment of the Loan plus all interests accrued, together with all fees, taxes, duties and other costs related to execution and/or repayment of the Loan as incurred by the Lender, (ii) settlement and collection of the Contractual Penalty in accordance with the Loan Agreement, (iii) settlement and collection of any other amounts due, liabilities, claims and damage to be owed to the Lender by the Borrower, the Mortgage Debtor and/or Guarantor in connection with the Loan Agreement, the Memorandum of Understanding and/or other document referenced in and/or executed in connection with this Loan Agreement.
