текстът си го превеждам криво-ляво, обаче това, което ме интересува най-много нещо не го схващам, а именно "conduit financial service", и " conduit finanсe" и "conduit financing subcidiary/entity" дали имат някакво специално значение. Никъде нещо не ги намирам?! Изобщо има доста свързани такива думи, които много ме объркват.
