يعني هي زيارة استطلاعية لمعرفة مكان تواجد الاطفال ومدى الرعاية التي يتلقوها من والدهم

لماذا اللقاء كان في مكان عام ؟ لانه حل وسط بين الطرفين، الاب الذي لا يريد ان يلتقي بموظفي القنصلية في القنصلية وموظفي القنصلية الذي يرغبون في لقاء الاطفال بمكان بعيد عن تأثير الاب وتسلطه عليهم ان وجد فكان الحل الوسط للطرفين هو الالتقاء في مكان عام حتى يشعروا الاطفال بحرية اكثر في الكلام

المصطلح الاعم والاشمل هو
زيارة تحديد مكان تواجد ورفاهية مواطن امريكي (مفقود/مأسور/مختطف) خارج البلاد

عندما يكون الشخص في امان وسلام وفي رعاية اجتماعية جيدة فهو في رفاهية لذلك الرفاهية اشمل
