动力清洗
查了下，认为这里的power是指动力。理由如下：
1. 许多地方把power-cleaned与steam-cleaned并列，可见power-cleaned不是“powerfully cleaned”；
2. 有的地方说到 should be power cleaned from the streets with a steam cleaner. 可见power不简单指电力（不过蒸汽清洗是不是也是电力驱动的）？
3. 查“动力清洗”，很多。
或许有更专业的译法，仅供参考。
