链接里第二页第一个 Box 有四种文件的形式：
Unabridged certificate: 不删节全誊本
Certified copy of birth register: (Vault copy) 经认证出生登记誊本 (库抄誊本)
Computer printed abridged certificate: 计算机打印删节誊本
Handwritten abridged certificate: 手抄删节誊本
因经认证的“抄本”已是“誊本”了，所以也可称为“全本”、“库抄本”、“计算机打印删节本”、“手抄删节本”。
出生证明和其它证明在中文里是否可用“库誊本”或“库抄本”的称法，我不知道，但这样的称法(译法)至少让人知其所指。

2. If the applicant is a married woman, we require her long form marriage certificate. If the applicant was married in the Republic of South Africa, we require his / her VAULT MARRIAGE CERTIFICATE (an unabridged marriage certificate will not be accepted)."

台湾的户籍誊本一般有“全誊本”和“删节本”两种，有时可为出生证明之用。不过，在某些国家请求认可婚姻时，会要求出生证明的“库抄本”，也就是由台湾的户政单位从原户籍中手抄或影印其中有关出生登记部分，然后盖上官防认证为登记抄本的正本。就我的经验而言，在某些国家尚未入籍者请求婚姻认可，必须提具原出生地登记出生的“库抄本”，否则婚姻无效或不受承认。
