Discussion

Linnéa Holmén Oct 17, 2009:
Which country's laws are referenced in the text? Swedish Law separates sales to consumers from B2B sales and also doorstep or online sales from either of those. Depending on the content of the "Sales Law", a suitable translation could be "landets konsumentköplag/köplag/distans- och hemförsäljningslag", or none of these. "Köplag" is most general.

försäljningslag

I assume it concerns Sales Law (International Sale of Goods), 1971, and Sales Law (Formation of Contracts for the International Sale of Goods).
