English to Swedish Law/Patents Insurance Summons

by way of indemnity, compensation and reimbursement under the Insurance Contract Law, 1981 and/or under the provisions of the Torts Ordinance and/or under the Contract (Remedies for Breach of Contract) Law and/or under the Laws of Unjust Enrichment and/or under the Responsibility for Defective Products Law, 1980 and/or under the Sales Law, 1968 and/or under any other Laws, - together with linkage and maximum interest by Law, from the date of its payment and up to its actual reimbursement.
