English to German Science Botany morphological descriptors

Es geht um ein Schema zur morphologischen Beschreibung von Blütenblättern (genauer von Kamelien, aber das spielt hier wohl keine Rolle).
Folgende Kategorien werden aufgezählt:
"quantity
shape: rounded, ovate, elliptic, acuminate, irregular
margin: entire, notched, heart-shaped, undulated
colour: Royal Horticultural Society Colour Chart in London
colour disribution: ***flat, non-flat***
veins: marked, non-marked"

Ich kenne mich mit Kamelien ganz gut aus, und eigentlich auch sonst mit Blüten, kann mir aber unter einer ***flat / non-flat colour distribution*** nichts vorstellen.
