1. 提出司法诉讼不影响/放弃仲裁权利；
2. 反过来，仲裁的实际存在（existence）和可能存在（availability）也不应排除提出司法诉讼进行财产保全的权利（即limited recourse to such judicial relief），换言之，即使进入仲裁程序，一方仍然可以提出司法诉讼；
such judicial relief就是指“recording a notice of pending action, order of attachment, receivership, injunction, or other provisional remedies”，至于为什么用“limited"不是太明白，因为这个术语更常见于贷款担保里。
