Dear colleagues,

I am installing Across and right at the end of the process, it tells me that Arial Unicode Font isn't installed on my PC (which is strange as I have office).

I found the font and installed it on my PC. When I select the path of the font in the setup browser of Across, it tells me that it's been installed properly.

But then, the same window opens again and tell me that it has not been installed (basically the same message).

The funny thing is that I had to do that at the beginning of the process, but with another font (arial uni T - with a T in the icon, whereas the other unicode file has an O in the icon). It worked then.

Plus: on the one hand, those 2 files seem identical as the first one is called "Arial uni", but the letter in the icon is a different one. What's that supposed to mean? Have I downloaded the wrong file. But then, why does Across tell me in the first place that the Font has been installed before sending the same message one second later.

Anyone able to help?

Thanks,
Patrick
