Sounds like something one would hear from a pilgrim. Could it be?

we'll make it up

Come on...up ahead/further along we'll make it up/recover/get over it

Not sure of the context. Seems very informal and I'm not sure which of the terms best fits the overall situation.

Let's go. We can recover later on.

I think the persons want to say that they'll have an opportunity to rest up later on when they get there....a guess, but it doesn't feel like they're saying "let's get going in order to rest".

All the best.

Let's go. We can recuperate further ahead.

Here I would say that the best choices would be:

We can recuperate further ahead.
We can recuperate further along the road.
We can recuperate futher down the road.
We can recuperate later on.

I think that either recuperate / recover could be used here.
