Buenas tardes:

: Correct; and I would avoid Miranda rights since Miranda is specific to the USA and not to any other country.

: That's a correct answer to the one-word question 'as posed'.

: Yes, I think this refers to the procedure of informing an arestee/detainee of his rights. I believe the actual form that a police officer files after doing so is called "Acta de información de derechos al detenido."

Rights of arrest
This is the term for the whole sentence - the detainee must be informed of his/her rights of arrest.

Andres is right with "Miranda warning" if the target is US English.

The literal "procedure/proceeding" answer would be incorrect here, as this refers to a document and not to an action. This is simply a list of the detainee's rights, which in this context is always called the "rights of arrest".

Spanish term (edited):
Diligencia de información de derechos al detenido
Rigts when arrested/when under arrest
Almost every civilised country has a procedure where the police are obliged a to read out a statement of rights to anybody who they arrest.
I have deliberately formulated a "country-neutral" answer, which should be comprehensible to any English-speaker and suitable in a legal translation in any English-speaking jurisdiction.

Edward Tully
: "Rigts" (sic) when under arrest makes no sense as a document.

Provision (of information.....)
Is what I would say. Diligencia is a word with wide ranging meanings and has no equivalent in English

: OK as reference but too specific to USA for use as a translation, other EN-speakers would not have a clue what "Miranda" means
