I have a serious issue with a Star Transit NXT package that MemoQ after translation will not export without ruining many tags (locked Markup Segments). I had contact with MemoQ support that lasted for about an hour - friendly and helpful, but without a solution, and then suddenly: no more replies. After my 5th mail I tried to start a new support case, but to no avail. It looks like MemoQ went into the weekend on Friday at noon and they took the entire support crew with them.

Does anyone know either a solution to the issue or MemoQ's phone number?

Edit: In the meantime there is a reply. Apparently there is a bug in the program that needs to be repaired and it's going to take a while. That can happen, but it would have been nice to know.

Incidentally, I once had help from memoQ Support during the weekend, so don't give up all hope yet!
