Different views of files

Maybe a basic question, but I am not that experienced with memoQ yet.

So, how do I create different views (or extract):

QA'd files

Files 100% translated, but not QA'd

Delivered files

And then I mean NOT just by checking status etc for each file in the files overview,
because I have 380 files here, so a bit difficult going through the list xxx times.
