How do I highlight the numbers in source text so that I can double-click them to enter in target? Is there a setting I have to change? Thank you.

Basically you have to use "Auto-translation rules." Within a project, go to Settings - Auto-translation rules. You will see several predefined sets of rules to identify numbers (Numbers-EnglishGroup, Numbers-FrenchGroup, etc.) and you can select them depending on the language pair.
If your requirements are a bit more complex, like part measurements (with things like "69,7x71,5x64,2 mm," "M14x1,25," etc.), you can always complement the standard settings with your own rules based on r... Feel free to give examples of the figures you need to recognise and double-click on. I can try to help you make the corresponding regular expressions and explain how they are built. Indicate what the source figure is, and how it should look like in your target language (change of thousands and decimal separators, position of the measurement unit if any, space/no space before measurement unit...). ▲ Collapse
