Clickable URLs ?

Hi,

Is there a way to open URLs by clicking on them ?
This would save considerable amount of time when you have to check the content of each reference in a text...

So far, I've not found anything better than copy/paste to a browser, which is quite cumbersome. And the other way around if you need to replace a source URL with a target language one (but simplifying the latter is more complicated, I guess).
