The Institute for Human Sciences (IWM) has published 2 new
calls for application for our Józef Tischner Fellowship
2010 and the Paul Celan Fellowship for Translators
2010/2011. The Józef Tischner Fellowship is geared at
younger Polish or Polish- American scholars; the deadline
for application is February 28, 2010. The Paul Celan
Fellowship 2010/2011 will support translations from a
Western into an Eastern European language or vice versa, or

younger Polish or Polish- American scholars; the deadline
for application is February 28, 2010. The Paul Celan
Fellowship 2010/2011 will support translations from a

between two Eastern European languages. The deadline is
