Sorry for reviving this thread, but Studio crashed, and by reopening it I received the message "The file at location .... to .... does not exist". It existed a moment ago!
It was all in draft, saved it, but not in my TM. That is normally my next step (stupid, I know now). A couple hours work gone!
Is there a way to retrieve it?

Look in the project folder for the target language folder, and in this folder try to open the SDLXLIFF files. They suppose to be still good.

To be serious, I recall Passalo being a CAT tool, not an alternative to Multiterm?

I've been using Studio2021 for a few months. Now I'm using it in a protected desktop, which uses file-based memory, not server. The last couple of days, for no reason, stops working and I have to close.
I also had the Disappearing File issue, tech support (agency) sent me a fix in case it happens again. But I have no idea why it just suddenly stops working; the it could be because of recent updates to Studio or to Windows 10.
