Data load configuration error

I am trying to renew my licence (which runs out today) but each time I try and run the program I get the message "Data Load Configuration Error" - does anyone have any ideas for me ???

This has to do with Windows update. You need to reinstall the application. Unfortunately you won't be able to uninstall it like usual. Contact support for help.
