I need Microsoft LocStudio, but I can´t find where to download/buy it. Can anybody help me please?

Microsoft will supply you with this program if you do translations for Microsoft. It is essentially a spreadsheet program with most of the most useful spreadsheet-like functions removed.

It's a proprietary software, you can get from Microsoft Language Dept...for internal projects only.
