Someone approached me yesterday offering their services. They cited the above as a credential, i.e. 'proof' of their language competence. I didn't take the bait.
Have any of you heard of this 'qualification' before? Is it something you'd proudly present on your CV? Or is it as empty as Certified Pro status here on ProZ?
Am just wondering what the consensus is (and if anyone's even heard of it).
