Quite often one good idea leads to another. “For instance, we have clients who originally bought our Numara FootPrints software to streamline their IT service operations and manage incidents, service requests and change requests throughout their lifecycle ***from initial contact to resolution*** ,” said McFadden. “Then, a number of our customers started thinking of ways to use that software in other departments, such as deploying it in the HR department to monitor employee requests and new hires, or in the facilities department to track repairs and office equipment requests.”

2、a bragging point具体是什么意思?
3、请问initial contact 和resolution针对的是什么?是单单指incidents还是指incidents和requests?或者是另有所指。

1.经济衰退时期这类节约成本,再利用的东西就变成了纷纷效仿的时尚了。
2.既然是时尚,我的理解是“吹牛的资本”
3.FOOTPRINTS查了下是管理公司事件日程公司客服的软件,这里指的应该是把request“诉求的事情”由最初的“诉求提出”阶段推到“诉求解决”阶段,通俗点就是把事情解决掉吧
