有的翻译公司不让用online translation website

有的翻译公司，翻译句子或段落时不让用online translation website，说是怕资料泄密。这增加了难度。在线翻译，起码可以节省部分打字的时间。

那么，翻译时断网，借助下载的翻译工具，总可以了吧？但是，有什么不用网络的翻译工具可以用呢？请推荐。谢谢！

download google translate app Sep 1, 2017

You can use an Android emulator named Amiduos
to download google translate app to
your laptop. By downloading the offline package of the app,
you can use it to translate offline (Please
delete the translation memory when you go online). Then you
can save the translation to the WPS
office app and open the file in Windows by using the share
file function or you can purchase an
offline translation system named Systran
