简Charset 就没有。在哪？

你能看到: 简Charset 吗？
你不输中文的时候，应该可以看到 language bar 是 En, 旁边有 restore 标志，你点一下 restore, 然后再选 CH Chinese (PRC), 这时你应该看到 a full language bar，language bar 里应有Chinese (Simplified) -Microsoft Pinyin IME 3.0, half shape/full shape, punctuation, 简Charset 等等。能看到吗？还有一个是 Context menu，你是这点一下这些选项，看会不会又奇迹发生？

如果能看到 简Charset，你点一下这一项，就应该能看到它变成 繁Charset，如果看到 繁Charset，你就应该可以用拼音输繁体了。

你看到的繁体中文是台湾的输入法。那时word office里台湾使用的汉字输入法。你要找的不是那个。简繁转换是 microsoft pinyin 提供的转换。是在MSPY 下的。

At the frontend of the language bar, first put the conversion mode into CH Chinese(PRC) , then click on the downward arrow(small triangle) at the tailend of the language bar. This will give you a pull-down menu that has these options:
Conversion mode
Character width
Punctuation
Charset
Soft keyboard
IME Pad
Context menu
Help
Settings...
Restore Defaults
Make sure that there is a check mark in front of the Charset option. If there isn't, click on Charset
After doing this, "简Charset" should show up in the language bar. Voila ... now you can alternate between 简/繁. But keep in mind you have to get into the input mode of some kind of editor beforehand, for example a notepad session needs to be first started, a Word session needs to be up, or a ProZ forum reply window needs to be ready for input, etc, etc.
