是的，不重判重罚是无法杜绝这类犯规现象的。 国外的人到中国之后对于机动车辆不让行人的行为都深恶痛绝，但国内的老百姓对此却普遍持司空见惯、逆来顺受的态度，因为他们觉得无力改变。Jason Young 在前面所说的话就是一种写照。

No, never. Something like that done on public roads would definitely be illegal and punishable by law.
The only place I've seen these kinds of daredevil maneuvers is in commercials or movies. Movies like "Bourne", "The Transporter", "The Fast and the Furious", etc. have plenty of car-chasing sequences that contain these stunts. But they are performed by stuntmen, and aren't meant to be emulated in real life, except for perhaps on drag race racetracks like you said.

我觉得最令人惊讶的是主持人的愚昧. 还在那儿不断给以飚车出名的人嬉皮笑脸地吹捧. 底下观众也毫无负面反应, 反而只是跟着笑. 媒体喉舌觉悟程度与正义感尚且如此低下, 难怪大多数老百姓对这种恶劣行为视而不见、习以为常呢.
