предприятия, выпускающие под заказ (органические хим. вещества)
т.е. это предприятия, которые не специализируются на выпуске данной продукции, работают под заказ на поставку (может быть небольших партий) и, поэтому им не выгодно закупать и использовать в производстве дорогостоящие фильтры и др.
