The **stock** held in the branches is administered in the sales system, called RTS or the dealing system (OPS). As part of the branch procedures, a physical check of the **stock** is performed on a daily basis and the RTS administration is reconciled with the physical stock in the branches. According to the internal audit reports, these procedures are being followed on a satisfactory basis and no financial risk should result from these procedures.
**Stock** as shown in RTS is reconciled monthly with amounts shown in Dream.
As part of the monthly closing procedures, a revaluation of the **stock** is carried-out on an automated basis.
