yes, I would say you're right. I actually would have said <approval>, but you indicate it's pre-approval process, so reconcilliation, or even pre-approval reconcilliation should be fine.

Confirmation with an "i", I think that's what it sould be. I make that mistake all the time myself. Sounds much more logical.
