Customer risk management quiz
I'm translating an on-line quiz and I just can't find this anywhere...
It's a multiple choice quiz : for context - the question and the choices (2 correct answers):
Le coût du délai de paiement consenti au client impacte quel niveau de marge?
Marge opérationnelle (operating margin)
Marge brute (gross margin)
Marge sur coût variable (contribution margin)
Le résultat du compte de contribution (?)
Marge sur coûts d'achat (profit margin - I think same as gross margin)
Marge net (net margin)
I have looked everywhere and haven't found anything! Is this maybe a "trick" question (pretty lousy of them).

commercial P&L
Declined
Now, you could expand it to 'profit or loss on the commercial P&L account', but English is tolerant of elliptical terms.
More problematic is 'margin' for "marge". As a matter of style in English-language accounting, the word 'margin' is usually reserved for ratios expressed as percentages, not amounts expressed in units of currency. Try 'profit or loss', 'profit/(loss)', or even 'result'.
