Again from a lease contract. The French reads:

"LA DATE DE SIGNATURE DU PROCES-VERBAL DE LIVRAISON DE LA COQUE CONSTITUERA ALORS DANS CETTE HYPOTHESE LA DATE DE PRISE D'EFFET DU BAIL, ET DONC LE POINT DE DEPART DE SA DUREE, DE L'EXIGIBILITE DES CHARGES ET DU DEPART DE LA FRANCHISE DE LOYERS".

I am unsure what 'franchise de loyers' means here. Can anyone help? Thanks :-)
